Registration of an investment company
The world economy is stimulated by large investments in certain sectors. This requires the creation of separate investment companies that can accumulate funds from shareholders while issuing bonds or other securities (CBs). The collected capital is then allocated to promising domestic or foreign organizations. Founding an investment company, according to current legislation, authorizes the following activities:
- dealer – purchase or sale of securities on its own behalf, subject to the conclusion of a transaction with a knowingly announced price;
- managerial – control over the sale and purchase of securities on behalf of the firm for a fixed fee;
- brokerage – acquisition and purchase of bonds, shares and other types of securities under a direct contract with the client.
In addition to the above-mentioned activities, companies can perform the function of capital custody and keep records of the owners of securities.
